Wellbeing

 

Determine the nature and level of wellbeing of the people in your organisation by inviting them to engage in our wellbeing profiling process.  We provide both self-assessment and 360 degree feedback for and assessment of both mindfulness and resilience.  Each of these aspects of wellbeing is profiled in terms of their key characteristics:
 

  • Awareness of the outer world
  • Awareness of the inner world
  • Focused attention in outer world
  • Focused attention in inner world
  • Non judgemental self compassion
  • Self as context
  • Valued direction

 

Each person who engages in Wellbeing Profiling will receive a confidential feedback report and the opportunity to work with a business psychologist in a feedback and coaching session.  Your organisation then receives a ‘Group Profile Report’ which identifies key themes in the nature and level of the wellbeing of your people.  The insights gained from this profiling will enable us to recommend which of our programmes will best develop the wellbeing of your people.
