Sean Miller is a former project engineer, management consultant and saved by innovation and service design. He has a strong track record in helping companies grow by creating new services and improving existing ones. He has worked on oil platforms in the North Sea, pulp and paper factories in Norway and everything in-between. He has worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes ranging from startups to corporates, local authorities to central government and a wide range of charities tackling anything from lean manufacturing to increasing sales by improving the customer experience and retention. He is fascinated by people’s behaviour and the power of innovation. He really enjoys working with people and thrive best when delivering ambitious projects and learning new things. He has worked with clients such as the Cabinet Office,the Design Council, DuPont, E.ON Energy, HMRC, HSBC, Kent County Council, Lloyds TSB, Orange, Sony Erricson, Texaco, Vodafone, NHS and the Youth Justice Boad amongst many others.
