“I am currently working with Create Network for the third time and would not hesitate to recommend. They work primarily with young people on projects for me and certainly know how to get the best out of them. They are easy to work with and projects are completed on time with the minimum of management input from me.”

“I had thought it would be good but it exceeded my expectations. I have felt a bit snowed under with events stuff over the last few weeks so wasn't overly keen to be going out for a training session on a Monday night. However, thought it was great and really fired my enthusiasm again!!”
“Create Network ensured that our volunteers took time to relax, enjoy spending time together and letting them know how valued their time is to the families they work with. The whole session was perfectly timed and planned, and out trainers Jill and Christine had spent a considerable amount of time researching Home-Start and the vital role that volunteers perform. A truly inspirational workshop!”

Case Study 1
A local branch of a National Charity contacted us about training their volunteers to undertake outreach work. After consulting key stakeholders and understanding more about the change that was being required and the audience, we designed an interactive and thought provoking workshop. The approach tackled the behavioural and practical considerations of the changes required, and respected the varied emotional responses that the change in services provoked in the diverse group of volunteers. The workshop combined psychological models, team coaching, art, music, movement, theatre and facilitated discussion. The workshop was seen to be very different to other training programmes they had completed and was rated very highly by all participants and the contracting client.
