Mark is a specialist in the use of theatre, drama, masks, improvisation and active methods for education, training, therapy, and personal development.
He uses short and simple experiential exercises to focus groups, to get them talking and working together. Relevant themes are then explored in fictional or real life examples, through watching scenes or taking part in role-plays. Masks play a central role in the work bringing attention to how thoughts and feelings influence behaviour, and providing a space to explore skills. Throughout the work we develop mindfulness, attunement and empathy.
