Case Study 1
A small family based business required support from a Create Network coach to create a strategic vision for their business and to make a plan to achieve growth. Through a series of team sessions, using creative mapping techniques, visioning activities and storytelling the team developed a clearer understanding of their current strengths, motivations and opportunities as well as a vision for the future. Building on the initial growth, the increased team completed a team building event to welcome a new team member and to gain a greater understanding of the strengths and constraints of the teams styles and to plan how to increase organisational performance by challenging each other and improving team and client communications.
Case Study 2
An international Wealth Management Organisation wanted a career development workshop to inspire and motivate it’s employees to take ownership and plan their career development in more depth and with greater focus. Our workshop got people moving, talking, thinking and reflecting. It was facilitated by Chartered Business Psychologists and acting professionals, guiding the teams through an experiential learning event that really engaged every individual on the topic of who they are, what they want from their career and to recognise how they would be motivated to achieve their goals and ambitions.
Case Study 3
A client required a suite of assessment centre materials to be designed and delivered to select financial professionals for a large public sector organisation. Our business psychologists consulted widely with job holders in the organisation and designed recruitment materials that helped to predict success in each job role. The interviews, role plays and written exercises that were designed and delivered enabled robust and fair selection decisions to be made and for an efficient and cost effective recruitment programme to be achieved on behalf of the client.
Case Study 4
For the past 7 years our consultants have worked in partnership with a large international construction and engineering company to improve their talent pipeline and to identify and develop leaders with the potential to lead significant parts of the business. We have designed and deliver three leadership development programmes. The Board 5 Programme identified and developed senior managers who had the potential to be Executive Directors within two to five years; the HPP identified and fast tracked high potential middle managers; and the 2020 Board fast tracked top graduates above and beyond their existing Graduate Development Programme. Each programme included a rigorous assessment and selection process, development workshops, action learning projects and coaching.
